Comfy, clean and quiet room. Check in and check out quick and efficient. On top of a little mall so some restaurants and shops right underneath and in the lobby you can buy some necessities as well.

The staff is amazing, it felt like home. also the fact that there is water on every floor was great. Would very easily stay here again. And the rooms and desk/ chair/ tv are great. the breakfast was great too. Yes, I really liked staying here. Also a 24/7 pharmacy and 24/7 convenient store 30 seconds and 1 minute away respectively.

Above a Starbucks, ice cream shop, Walmart, hair & nail salons, a couple of restaurants, and down the street is the hospital and a shopping mall. The room was comfortable but I felt the breakfast was lacking.

For me it is the best spot in Merida because of the location and security, the staff is really friendly, i always stay there

The office space and kitchen were great. Lots of space throughout. The tv swivled to face the bed or the couch. The powder desk and closet space was very convenient. Great place to tuya and play or work.
